You can save a new file or another copy of an existing file.

To save a new file or another copy of an existing file

1. Make the file active by choosing the source window.
2. From the File menu, choose Save As.
3. Type the file name in the File Name box.
4. Select the drive and the directory where you want to save the file.
5. Choose Save.
