You can move a toolbar in floating or docked mode in the IDE.

To move a toolbar in floating or docked mode

1. For a toolbar in docked mode, point to a blank area on the toolbar; for a toolbar in floating mode, point to the title bar.

2. Drag the toolbar to the new location.

   If you drag the toolbar to the edge of the application window, it docks to the edge of the window.
