Troubleshooting the File System Driver Test (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

If the -f flag is used, the Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Test Kit (CETK) requires that it always come at the end of the command line after all other parameters have been specified; otherwise, the command line will not parse correctly.
