FirewallLogUninit (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This callback function is an application-defined function. The logging DLL exports this function. The firewall calls this function when firewall is shutting down. This function is optional. If the logging DLL does not need to be called during shutdown, then the DLL does not need to export it.
