To delete a category, product, or property definition
Click Start, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and then click Catalog and Inventory Schema Manager.
In Catalog and Inventory Schema Manager, in the Views pane, click the definition type that you want to delete (Category Definitions, Product Definitions, or Property Definitions).
In the <Category, Product, or Property> Definitions pane, click the definition that you want to delete.
In the Task pane, click Delete Definition (or click Delete Property if you are deleting a property definition).
