3.1.2.1.2 Delta CRL Next Publish Timer

This timer represents the next time the CA will wake up and publish a delta again. The next timeout value for the Delta CRL Next Publish Timer is contained in the configuration data element Config_CA_CRL_Delta_Next_Publish, which is updated at delta CRL creation time.
