A class representing a collection of NetAppElasticCapacityPoolResource and their operations. Each NetAppElasticCapacityPoolResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of NetAppElasticAccountResource. To get a NetAppElasticCapacityPoolCollection instance call the GetNetAppElasticCapacityPools method from an instance of NetAppElasticAccountResource.
