La clase DemoButton deriva de Button y proporciona una clase a la que están asociados los metadatos en tiempo de diseño.

La clase DiagnosticsMenuProvider agrega un elemento de menú contextual que muestra la ventana FeatureManagerDiagnostics.

La clase FeatureManagerDiagnostics implementa una ventana que muestra los conectores de características en ejecución y pendientes.

La clase Metadata asocia el objeto DiagnosticsMenuProvider a DemoButton mediante la clase MetadataStore.

Compilar el código

Compile el ejemplo de código anterior en tres ensamblados independientes.

Compilar el control personalizado

  1. En Visual Studio, cree un nuevo proyecto de biblioteca de controles personalizados de WPF denominado DemoControlLibrary.

  2. Cambie todas las apariciones de "CustomControl1" por "DemoButton".

  3. Reemplace el código existente en la clase DemoButton por el código enumerado anteriormente.

  4. Genere la solución.

Compilar el conector de características personalizado

  1. Agregue a la solución un nuevo proyecto de biblioteca de controles personalizados de WPF denominado DemoControlLibrary.VisualStudio.Design.

  2. Establezca la ruta de acceso de los resultados del proyecto en "..\DemoControlLibrary\bin\Debug\".

  3. Elimine Generic.xaml del proyecto.

  4. Agregue referencias a los siguientes ensamblados.

    • Microsoft.Windows.Design

    • Microsoft.Windows.Design.Extensibility

    • Microsoft.Windows.Design.Interaction

  5. Agregue una referencia al proyecto DemoControlLibrary.

  6. Cambie todas las apariciones de "CustomControl1" por "DiagnosticsMenuProvider".

  7. Reemplace el código existente en la clase DiagnosticsMenuProvider por el código enumerado anteriormente.

  8. Agregue al proyecto un elemento Window (WPF) denominado FeatureManagerDiagnostics .

  9. Reemplace el código existente en la clase FeatureManagerDiagnostics por el código enumerado anteriormente.

  10. Reemplace el XAML existente en FeatureManagerDiagnostics.xaml por el XAML enumerado anteriormente.

  11. Agregue al proyecto una nueva clase denominada Metadata.

  12. Reemplace el código existente en la clase Metadata por el código enumerado anteriormente.

  13. Genere la solución.

Compilar la aplicación de prueba

  1. Agregue a la solución un nuevo proyecto de aplicación de WPF denominado DemoApplication.

  2. Agregue una referencia al proyecto DemoControlLibrary.

  3. Reemplace el XAML existente en Window1.xaml por el XAML citado anteriormente.

  4. En la vista Diseño, haga clic con el botón secundario en el botón y seleccione Feature Diagnostics.

    Aparecerá la ventana Feature Diagnostics, mostrando los conectores de características pendientes y activados.
