Foxcode table not found, is not correct version or is incompatible. (Error 2042)

The table specified by the _FOXCODE system variable does not exist or is incompatible with this version of Visual FoxPro. Determine the file associated with the system variable by typing the following:

? _FOXCODE

Then, make sure the file is a properly structured table for this version of Visual FoxPro. For details, see Customizing IntelliSense Using Foxcode.
