Creates or updates a project catalog.

  • Request Path. : /subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.DevCenter/projects/{projectName}/catalogs/{catalogName}.
  • Operation Id. : Catalogs_CreateOrUpdate.
  • Default Api Version. : 2026-01-01-preview.
