Ecosystem partner agents available in Agent 365

Agent 365 launches with a set of preintegrated partner integrations. These integrations fall into two categories:

• Ready-to-deploy agents: These are fully built partner agents that have been extended to support Agent 365. Admins can discover, deploy, and manage these agents directly from the Microsoft 365 admin center with no custom development required.
• Agent factories: Platforms that let your organization build and deploy your own agents on top of Agent 365. By integrating with Agent 365, every agent these platforms create automatically gets a governed Microsoft Entra Agent ID, appears in the admin center, and inherits the same identity, compliance, and observability controls.

Achievers

Achievers is an employee recognition and engagement platform that helps organizations build a culture of appreciation and belonging. The Agent 365 integration brings Achievers' recognition workflows into Microsoft Teams, making it easy for employees and managers to recognize peers and celebrate achievements in the flow of work.

Adobe Marketing Agent brings Adobe Experience Platform data directly into Microsoft 365 Copilot, so marketing teams can query campaign performance, audience health, and journey analytics without switching between applications. By using the Agent 365 integration, IT gets a complete audit trail alongside existing compliance data in Microsoft Purview, and every interaction the agent performs is observable and traceable through Agent 365's governance framework.

What you can do

• Query campaign performance, page views, and conversion data from Adobe Experience Platform directly in Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Box is a cloud content management platform that secures and manages files across your organization. The Box Agent 365 integration surfaces file management and collaboration capabilities directly in Teams and Outlook. Users can access, share, and collaborate on Box content without leaving Microsoft 365.

Celonis is a process intelligence platform that gives Agent 365 a real-time view of how AI agents perform across your business operations. When you connect Agent 365 with Celonis, Agent 365 activity flows into Celonis to create a digital twin of your entire operation. You can see not just that a task was completed, but how agents interact with systems, processes, and people, and what impact they have on outcomes.

Example insurance claims operations scenarios

Consider a process owner managing AI agents across claim triage, fraud detection, and customer service. Agent 365 governs who the agents are, what they're authorized to do, and enforces security and compliance policies. Celonis maps those agent activities to process context, revealing the why behind every agent decision.

Examples:

• A Triage Agent shows a security block where a malicious file uploaded by a customer was stopped by Agent 365 via Microsoft Defender.

The agent scans files in the customer's Egnyte storage to summarize content, generate new content, and support collaboration in 1:1 and group conversations. In the background, Egnyte logs observability data to Agent 365, giving admins full governance visibility over AI activity across enterprise content.

Genspark supports human-in-the-loop authorization so users stay in control, and all activity flows through Agent 365's governance and observability framework.

KAI agents participate in Teams 1:1 and group conversations, with Agent 365 governance and observability providing the compliance controls financial institutions require.

Currently, agents built on NVIDIA NeMo are deployed as AI teammates in Agent 365. By integrating NVIDIA NeMo with the Agent 365 SDK, every agent built and deployed on NeMo is automatically provisioned with a Microsoft Entra Agent ID, appears in the Microsoft 365 admin center, and inherits Agent 365 governance, observability, and compliance controls. Organizations building AI agents on GPU-accelerated infrastructure can connect them to Microsoft 365 without any additional identity or governance work.
