A IWpfTableControl may have multiple dominant columns.

Dominant columns combined together provide content for UI Automation:

  • If the IWpfTableControl has only one single dominant column: the text content of the column for selected entry is used as automation name for screen readers; the tooltip for the column is displayed when using keyboard shortcut to invoke the tooltip for the entry.
  • If the IWpfTableControl has multiple dominant columns, text content from all dominant columns are combined for screen readers to read out and for keyboard invoked tooltip.
