Hybrid AD having trouble with a User who is showing locked out in Azure but not on the local domain.
I reset a User's password on the local DC which I have done many times before successfully. This time the password didn't work on the Microsoft Logins for O365. Now the account shows locked but my local AD does not show the account locked.
