How can i clean my laptop from malware and fix corruption?

i have windows 10 system file corruption but i dont know how to fix them, i also need to know how to remove malware.

    hello,
    you can use the "Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" command in cmd(admin)

    The restorehealth command can fix component store corruption.

    A scannow command can fix operating system corruption.

    Malware may be able to be identified and fixed by using Microsoft Defender, third party software, Microsoft Defender offline scan, and manually.
