Azure Database for PostgreSQL flexible server restart is not working!

Server (West Europe) has been stuck in Updating state since ~07:57 UTC on 2026-05-01 after two consecutive failed restart operations. All self-service recovery is blocked: restart and stop return ServerIsNotReady, and a force PATCH via REST API (UpsertServerManagementOperationV2) was accepted but had no effect.
Please manually reset the server state to Ready. PostgreSQL 17, SKU Standard_DC2eds_v5, General Purpose tier, HA disabled.

2026-05-08T15:44:58.1666667+00:00 Hello **Rumsan Associates Please be informed that the Standard_DC2eds_v5 (Intel V5 confidential compute SKU) is now deprecated. We should use the AMD V5 confidential SKUs, Dcadsv5 or Ecadsv5, in the WEU region instead.
