My Microsoft 365 Developer E5 sandbox subscription expired and was deleted. On my Developer Program dashboard, I still see “Deleted subscription” and I cannot create a new E5 developer sandbox. Old tenant: <PII removed>.onmicrosoft.com Admin account: <PII removed>.onmicrosoft.com Expiration date: Dec 28, 2024 Data deletion date: Feb 26, 2025 Could you please help reset or disassociate the deleted subscription from my Developer Program profile so I can create a new Microsoft 365 E5 developer sandbox if eligible? Thank you.

    Hi @DINH NGUYEN NAM KHANH

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

Since this is a user‑to‑user support forum, we do not have access to Microsoft 365 Developer Program backend systems. As such, we’re unable to escalate cases, perform backend cleanup, or reset Developer Program profile or tenant mappings on behalf of users.

From your description, this appears to be a stale or orphaned Developer Program profile, where the dashboard remains linked to an expired sandbox tenant even after the profile was deleted and recreated. Issues like this require manual intervention by the Microsoft 365 Developer Program backend team, which cannot be performed from this forum. The recommend next step is to contact Microsoft Developer Support for further assistance through Developer Program | Microsoft 365 Dev Center > Support. Please note that Services Hub is intended for paid support tickets and access is subject to certain conditions. You can find more details here Services Hub sign in FAQs | Microsoft Learn

    Thank you for your understanding.
