Why can't I see what work order segments my resource is clocked into in real time.

When checking attendance for resources, it shows them on attendance and will show jobs they have clocked in & out of, but it will not show when they are clocked in. When in the Priority Scheduler, the job they are clocked into is highlighted in green, but will not allow me to see when they clocked in or what percentage of the job has been performed. How Can get this information so I can track their progress in real time?
