    Hi Traiden Clarke

Based on your description, it sounds like you are looking for the 'View Templates' or 'My Templates' button that usually sits on your Ribbon. If so, this is a known issue where the Add-in gets disabled or hidden. You can check this Microsoft Support article below which guides you on how to re-enable it via the 'Get Add-ins' menu:

My Templates are missing from Outlook - Microsoft Support

You generally do not need Admin rights to do this. However, if the "Get Add-ins" button is grayed out, your IT Department may have restricted access to Add-ins.

Additionally, if this situation above was not your issue, to better understand your situation, may I know:

    • Are you referring to Quick Parts or a saved template file (.oft) instead of the add-in mentioned above?
    • Does the "My Templates" button appear if you log into Outlook on the Web?
    • What type of email account are you using (Exchange, POP, or IMAP)?

I hope this information proves helpful and I look forward to your response!
