Unable to find my Microsoft Certificate in my Profile

Use the following steps and checks to resolve the missing AZ-900 certificate issue:

1. Confirm the certification was actually earned

• Verify that the required exam (AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) was passed and that the certification requirements are met. You can review requirements on the certification or exam details pages.

2. Make sure the correct Learn profile is being used

• Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile: Learn profile.
• If more than one Learn profile or multiple login accounts (personal Microsoft account, work or school account) exist, sign out and try each possible login that might have been used when registering for the exam.
• If a congratulations email was received when AZ-900 was passed, check which contact email it shows and use that account to sign in. If the profile link in that email does not show the certification, it may be associated with a different profile.

3. Check Certifications and Transcript in the Learn profile

• In the Learn profile, select Credentials in the left column, then the Certifications tab to see if the AZ-900 certification appears.
• Also select Transcript in the left column to confirm whether the AZ-900 exam and certification are listed there.

4. If there are multiple profiles, consider merging

• If more than one Learn profile exists and only one of them uses a personal Microsoft login account, a profile merge can be performed so that all learning progress, credentials, and transcripts are combined:
  1. Sign in to one profile.
  2. In login account management, choose Add login account.
  3. If that login is associated with another Learn profile, a merge will be triggered and all contents from the second profile will be brought into the signed-in profile.

5. Access the certificate if it is present

• If the AZ-900 certification appears:
  1. Go to the Certification Dashboard.
  2. In the Certificates section, select View Certificates.
  3. Select the AZ-900 certificate and download or preview it.

6. If the certificate or exam is still missing

• Some older or legacy certifications may no longer appear, but AZ-900 is a current fundamentals exam, so it should be visible if earned under the active profile.
• If the AZ-900 exam or certificate still does not appear after checking all possible accounts and profiles, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the certification record and profile mapping:
