I cannot access Microsoft 365 Basic for Individuals that I just purchased

At some point I was prompted to login but I do not have a valid Microsoft login account, only the email address I used to purchase the license ($19.99 for a full year) Help!!!!

    Hello

    Are you trying to log into apps like Word, Excel, Powerpoint? If so, Microsoft 365 Basic plan doesn't include those. This plan is for 100GB OneDrive storage only. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/p/microsoft-365-basic/cfq7ttc0ktxs

    If you need to use the office apps, you can either use the free web version via www.office.com > apps, or you will need the Microsoft 365 personal plan instead.
