Hello !
There are multiple reasons why your Report Junk/Phishing button is greyed out.
It can happen when your email is not in a supported folder (like the Inbox one). Also, if you're not using Outlook or Exchange as your email provider, the button will not work. The reporting feature is only working for Microsoft-based email.
