outlook email missing in sent folder for 2025

Using Outlook Classic with Microsoft 365. Looking at sent folder for history of sent email. Sent folder at bottom says older emails on server. click to expand. Found emails missing between 1/8/2026 and 3/8/2025.

I have reviewed past sent messages in "Sent Folder" and emails from 2025 were there. I've not changed any setup options from before. As I think about this, there was a Microsoft Windows Update yesterday. May or may not be relevant. I'm getting the same result looking at the sent folder using Desktop Outlook App and using web live.com .
Not sure how many AI agent Microsoft has ... this is extremely time consuming ... which it shouldn't be. I digress.
