Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Hiding or removing a presenter’s email address on the Teams webinar registration page is not supported as a separate option. Presenter details that are shown on the event site (name, bio, photo) are controlled together via the presenter bio configuration; the only way to prevent a presenter from appearing on the event site is to hide that presenter entirely.
The available customization options for the registration page are:
- Theme (banner, logo, color)
- Presenter bios and photos (add/edit, or hide presenters from attendees)
However, there is no setting in the provided documentation to:
- Show a presenter’s name, photo, and bio while
- Suppressing or masking only the email address field.
To avoid exposing an email address, the practical workaround is to omit the email address from the bio text itself and use only name, role, and description in the bio field. If the email is part of the bio content, remove it there. If the concern is about the presenter object itself, the only documented visibility control is to hide the presenter from attendees, which also hides their picture and bio.
