To help narrow down the issue:
- Are both subscriptions showing when you sign in here https://account.microsoft.com/services?
- Also, are the two subscriptions under the same Microsoft account, or are they under two different email accounts?
Sometimes this happens if a subscription was purchased using a different Microsoft account.
Please check the Services & subscriptions page and let me know:
- The names of the subscriptions you see (for example Microsoft 365 Personal or Family)
- Whether they show under the same account or different accounts.
