Hi,
After the update of March 11, (KB5079473) (26200.8037), the Visual Basic is displayed in German.
All the rest of other applications are correctly in English.
Can someone help ?

Thank you for your recommendations, but it did not solved the problem.
I have removed the German language pack
Set the location to USA
nothing helped
The only thing left is the "country or region during setup" that is still Switzerland and cannot be changed.
I guess Windows thinks everybody speaks German in Switzerland, we have 4 national languages...

Thank you for giving your problem to us.
As this is a most recent Windows 11 update, it could be a new issue that we have not discovered/solved yet. However, I can give you some of the recommended solutions:
Visual Basic often draws its display language from the "Regional Format" rather than the primary Windows Display Language.
Navigate to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.
Under Region, check the Regional format.
Even if it shows "Recommended [English]", manually change it to another language (e.g., English (United Kingdom)).
Restart your computer.
Return to the menu and switch it back to English (United States) or your preferred English locale. This forces a rewrite of the registry keys that Visual Basic references.
Windows updates occasionally trigger a "Fallback Language" if the primary English pack was partially corrupted during the installation of KB5079473.
Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.
If German is listed in your "Preferred languages," move it to the bottom of the list or remove it temporarily.
Ensure English is at the top.
Sign out of Windows and sign back in to apply the shell changes.
