Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you opening the file from Outlook directly, or did you download it first?
    2. What exact message do you see about the macros being blocked?
    3. Is this happening with only this file or with all Excel files with macros?

In the meantime, if you haven’t already:

Macros are usually blocked when the file comes from the internet or email. Windows adds a security block to the file.

    Please try this:

    • Save the Excel file to your computer first (for example, Desktop or Downloads).
    • Right-click the file. > Select Properties.
    • In the General tab, look for Unblock at the bottom.
    • Check Unblock, then click Apply and OK.
    • Open the file again in Excel and see if the macros run.

If the Unblock option is not there, try opening the file in Excel and click Enable Content if you see the warning banner.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
