Bookings page link and Office availability are not aligned, off three hours

Bookings uses multiple layers of availability, and the booking page will offer any time that is allowed by all of them combined. To prevent 5 a.m. slots from appearing when business hours start at 8 a.m., verify and align these settings:

1. Confirm business hours
   • In Bookings, go to Business information.
   • Under Set your business hours, ensure the start time is 8:00 a.m. (EST) and that there are no extra rows that include earlier times.
   • Select Save.
2. Check staff working hours
   • On the Staff page, open the staff member record.
   • Under Working hours, if Use business hours is unchecked, that staff member may have earlier hours configured.
   • Either re‑check Use business hours or manually set their start time to 8:00 a.m. and save.
3. Check service‑level availability
   • Open the relevant Service in Bookings.
   • In Availability, if Set different availability for this service or Set availability for a different date range is used, make sure no earlier time range (such as 5 a.m.) is defined.
   • If you want the service to follow office hours, set it to use Business hours or configure custom ranges starting at 8:00 a.m.
4. Check special date ranges
   • For each service, under Availability options, verify that no custom date range is set as Bookable starting before 8:00 a.m.
   • For dates that should not be bookable at all, use Set availability for a different date range and choose Not Bookable.

Once business hours, staff hours, and service availability all start at 8 a.m. EST, the booking page will no longer offer 5 a.m. slots.
