Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A platform.

If the unexpected charges is related to Azure services then you need to raise Support request for Azure Billing team.

Here are the steps you can follow to create support requests:

    • Click on Create a Support Request.
    • On right-side panel, enter Billing and click Go > select the issue with "Billing" > select your Subscription then click Next. User's image User's image

Use the Microsoft account billing tools and then contact Microsoft Support directly; community forums cannot access or change billing.

    1. Investigate what the charge is for
      • Sign in to the Microsoft account that is being billed.
      • Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard and select “Investigate” next to the charge to see what subscription or service generated it and whether it is a recurring subscription.
      • Common causes include:
        • A Microsoft subscription with recurring billing enabled.
        • In‑app or in‑product purchases.
        • A previously declined charge being retried.
    2. Check and cancel the related subscription (if it is a Microsoft subscription)
      • Go to Services & subscriptions for the same Microsoft account.
      • Locate the subscription associated with the charge and turn off recurring billing or cancel it.
      • If the subscription was purchased through a third‑party retailer (for example, Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, Best Buy), Microsoft cannot cancel it; contact that retailer’s support to cancel and request a refund.
    3. If you cannot cancel from your account
      • Confirm you are signed in with the same Microsoft personal account that was used to purchase the subscription.
      • Ensure there is no overdue balance; if money is owing, cancellation may be blocked until the balance is paid.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support for billing help or refund review
      • For home users with account and billing questions, use the Get help option on the Microsoft Support site for Microsoft Store and billing issues. Describe the unexpected charge and request investigation/refund.
      • If more help is needed, use the regional phone numbers listed for Microsoft Store Sales Support to speak with an agent.

If the charge is not visible under the Microsoft account’s order history or Services & subscriptions, or if there is any suspicion that the account was compromised, contact Microsoft Support directly using the above methods so an agent can review the account and guide through next steps.
