401 Logging into Azure DevOps

I upgraded to developer support plan for $29/month and spend thousands / month on azure resources. But I cannot figure out how to actually open a private support ticket for this ridiculous issue. Azure and Azure DevOps authentication are so intricately confounding that I've somehow become locked out of the Azure DevOps account that I am an administrator of. I've spent hours on my own and with experienced Azure users trying to figure this out. And now I have to submit tickets to a public message board where it will take many many more hours of trial and error for the experts here to actually understand the issue. And it will of course involve sharing private account info that I do not want to share.
So really, how do I open a real support ticket for this problem?
