Unable to remove or delete a PDF Edge file from my desktop

Brand new laptop and I am trying to delete a Microsoft Edge PDF from my desktop and have tried every method. It has a long title, have tried delete, have checked the security, have restarted laptop and have tried OneDrive. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

    Try using a third-party tool to delete the file.
    Download Unlocker Portable at the link below, extract the files, run UnlockerPortable.exe, navigate to the file and select "Delete" in the dropdown menu > OK. The application will delete the file or schedule to delete it in the next system startup.
