This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

Account- and card-specific changes, phone calls, or emails cannot be made.

To dispute or stop this charge, use these steps:

    1. Since the charge appears to be unauthorized, request a refund for the purchase:
    2. If there is any chance a family member (for example, a child) used the account or card, review and control purchases as described in “Keep track of your child's Microsoft Store purchases” and “Spending limits in family safety”:
    3. If there is any suspicion that someone else is using the Microsoft account, follow the steps to secure and recover it:
    4. If the charge is related to a Microsoft 365 subscription and cancellation is needed going forward, use the cancellation guidance:
    5. If the charge is duplicated or cannot be resolved through self-service, contact Microsoft Store or Sales support with the Microsoft account and order details:

Also continue working with the card issuer (Elan/Fidelity) to dispute the charge, as already planned.
