Need my Billing fixed

On 01/16/2026 I paid for the entire year's Microsoft 365 Subscription ($106.99 including taxes) yet I am still being billed monthly ($14.05 including taxes). I would like to either cancel the monthly payments and receive a refund, or to cancel the annual payment I made and receive a refund for that. Is there a phone number where I can call to talk to a person about arranging this? (PII Removed).

    Since this is a community forum, we don't have access to account data or information. You can contact Microsoft support so they can help you with this charge.

    On your computer, click the Start menu and type Get Help.

    Type "Billing" as the keyword > Click the "Contact Support" button.

    Then fill out a few more details, after which you will be transferred to speak with an agent.
