Hello,

I keep receiving a monthly charge of $6.30 on this email address: ******@gmail.com.

I have now received access, but I did not intentionally subscribe to any paid services.

Please cancel all paid subscriptions associated with this email and stop any future charges.

Thank you.

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

Every month I receive a bill for $6.30 for a product on this email address. However, when I try to log in, the system says this is a business account and that I cannot use my personal email address and must use a business address.

This email is the only one associated with the account, and all billing emails are sent to it. I do not have any other business email to log in with, so I cannot access the account to cancel the subscription.

Please help me access the account or cancel this subscription and stop the monthly charges.

To stop the monthly $6.30 charges and cancel any Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft subscriptions associated with the Gmail address, follow these steps:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. Sign in using the same Gmail-based Microsoft account that is being charged.
    3. Under Services & subscriptions, locate any paid subscriptions (for example, Microsoft 365, OneDrive storage, Clipchamp, Xbox, etc.).
    4. For each paid subscription:
      • Select Manage.
      • If you see Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel, select it and follow the prompts to complete cancellation.
      • If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and will not be charged again.

If the charge is for Microsoft 365 specifically, the same process applies; after cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If the subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store using this Gmail address, cancellation and refunds must be handled through those stores’ support pages rather than through the Microsoft account portal.

If a charge is not recognized or the correct subscription cannot be found under this Gmail account, use the Manage your payments area of the Microsoft account dashboard to investigate the billing charge and confirm which Microsoft account and subscription it belongs to.

To request a refund (if eligible) after canceling, sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services, review the charges, and then follow the refund guidance in the referenced support article.
