My son's laptop was locked by bitlocker after bios update. unfortunately, we don have code to recover the drive. to make it worse, we cannot login to microsoft/outlook account because the verification code was sent to a terminated phone number. I bought Minecraft for him, using my credit card some time ago, which i don't remember which card i use. The only evident i have now is this account is listed as member of my family. Tried using account recovery but failed because it say not enough information given. his outlook account is only used to access his laptop and play minecraft, no email etc. I want to recover minecraft account.
