You should be able to reinstall it anytime following the steps above, you just need to make sure you sign in to the account where you have redeemed the Office 2019 product key. If you cannot sign in to your account anymore, you can reset your password via https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx page.

Microsoft does not resend or display the original product key for Office 2019 Home & Business. After the key is redeemed, installation and activation are done using the Microsoft account that was used during redemption, not the key itself.

To install Office 2019 Home & Business on the new computer:

1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to activate Office 2019 Home & Business in 2020.
3. In the list of products, locate “Office Home & Business 2019” (or the corresponding Office product).
4. Select Install to download the installer.
5. Run the installer on the new computer and complete setup; activation will occur automatically via the signed-in Microsoft account.

If the product key was never redeemed to a Microsoft account and is now lost or damaged, Microsoft support may be able to help only if valid proof of purchase is available. In that case, contact Microsoft support directly for assistance: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

If the key was lost and there is no proof of purchase, the remaining option is to purchase a new license for Microsoft 365 or a current Office product.
