I have been repeatedly charged £22.99 every month for a number of months now.

I don’t know what this charge is for, I haven’t requested it and it is not for a service that I am using.

Hi, The £22.99 monthly fee refers to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate** subscription in the UK**, which increased from £14.99. This premium tier includes access to over 400 console/PC games, day-one releases, EA Play, Ubisoft+ Classics, and online multiplayer. It is the most expensive, all-inclusive subscription plan offered by Microsoft for gaming. https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-game-pass/compare

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.
