Need to Download certificate

Certifications can be found on Microsoft Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

You can no longer download certificates, you need to view, print, and save as PDF https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate

The updated AZ-104 certificate can no longer be downloaded as a standalone file. Instead, it must be viewed or printed from the Microsoft Learn profile and then saved as a PDF.

To access and save the renewed certificate:

1. Go to the Credentials page on Microsoft Learn: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab.
2. Locate the AZ-104 certification in the list.
3. Open the certification, then use the available options to view/print it.
4. From the browser’s print dialog, choose Save as PDF (or equivalent) to save a copy.

If the renewed AZ-104 certification does not appear in the credentials list at all, open a support ticket with the Microsoft Credentials/Learning support team so they can fix the record and make the certification visible.
