Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hey there! Nice to meet you!
You may confirm if your refund has been granted by signing in to account.microsoft.com > Order History > Select the date range when you purchased your Microsoft 365 subscription > confirm if the transaction details show as "Pending Refund," or "Refunded."
If you see those transaction status, this means that your refund has been accepted. But if you see the transaction status as "Purchased" or "Cancelled," this means that your refund has not been granted.
Note: Not all subscription cancellations are eligible for a refund.
If your refund is granted, and since it is well past the standard timeframe, you may try contacting your bank for a follow-up regarding your refund case.
If your bank refers you back to Microsoft, you may contact Microsoft Billing Support for further assistance:
Type "Billing Issue" or "Request a Refund" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser
Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.
Best regards,
Darhyl
