Hi Team,

I am trying to schedule the AB-731 certification exam, but during the redirection from Microsoft Learn to Pearson VUE, I encounter an "Unexpected Error" and the page does not load.

The URL displayed is: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/unexpected-error?s=ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK

Due to this issue, I am unable to proceed with scheduling the exam.

Account Email ID: ******@gmail.com

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or advise on the steps required to successfully schedule the exam?

Thank you for your support.

Kind regards,

Mathan Kumar

The ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL indicates that the Pearson VUE account is blocked, typically due to multiple failed payment attempts.

To resolve this and be able to schedule the AB-731 exam, the required action is:

    1. Contact Pearson VUE support and request that the block on the account be investigated and lifted.
    2. Use the support path provided for Microsoft certification issues: go to the certification support entry point at https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport (as indicated in the referenced guidance) and follow the instructions there to reach Pearson VUE customer support.
    3. After Pearson VUE removes the block, return to the AB-731 exam page on Microsoft Learn and use the “Schedule with Pearson VUE” option again to complete scheduling.

No changes on the Microsoft Learn side will bypass this block; it must be cleared by Pearson VUE support.
