Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Sign in with your Microsoft account on the Order History page to check whether any orders have been placed. This will help confirm whether you have any active subscriptions.

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you don’t see any recent orders in your Microsoft account, sign in with each of your Microsoft accounts on the Order History page to check which account is being charged.

If you’re able to identify the account and the reason for the charges, you can cancel the subscription from that account.

If you still cannot find why you are being charged, see

Use the Microsoft account billing tools to identify what the charges are for and whether they are legitimate.

    1. Investigate the charge in the Microsoft account dashboard
      • Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard and select Investigate next to the payment method that is being charged. This tool helps identify which subscription or purchase is causing the charge and whether it is linked to a Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft service.
      • Details on this process are here: Manage your payments (linked from the article below).
    2. Review likely causes of unrecognized Microsoft charges According to Microsoft, the most common reasons for unexpected charges are:
      • A Microsoft subscription (such as Microsoft 365) has recurring billing enabled.
      • A family member or someone you know used the card on a Microsoft account.
      • A previously declined charge was successfully processed later.
      • A pre-order or split order was shipped and billed.
      • An in-app purchase from an app, game, or Office product.
    3. Check for duplicate or closely timed charges
      • Sign in and review your order history to see if there are multiple purchases for the same amount that appear close together. This helps determine if there were retry attempts for insufficient funds or multiple subscription periods purchased.
      • If there are no duplicates in the order history but multiple charges on the bank statement, there may be multiple Microsoft accounts using the same card. From Payment options, select Investigate to search for other accounts using that card.
    4. If the charge is still not recognized
      • Use the billing charge troubleshooter from Microsoft to step through possible causes and next actions: Start (linked from the article below).
      • If the charge appears fraudulent or cannot be matched to any Microsoft account or subscription, contact Microsoft Support using the guidance in the references, or contact the bank/credit card provider to dispute the charge and, if necessary, block the card.

These steps will show what each monthly fee is for and whether it is tied to a Microsoft 365 subscription or another Microsoft service.
