I have a new Surface Pro 10 working with Windows 11. I already followed all the troubleshooting from the settings, reinstalling controllers, configuring the APN with technical support of T-Mobile, but nothing works.

If your **Microsoft Surface Pro 10 with Windows 11 cannot connect to cellular data even after troubleshooting, the issue is usually related to eSIM/SIM activation, drivers, or carrier compatibility.

    Does it support cellular hardware?

Open Settings → Network & Internet

Do you see Cellular in the menu?

If Cellular appears → device supports 5G/eSIM

If your device has cellular but modem is not detected, the best option is to contact Microsoft support.

If Cellular is missing → your model does NOT have cellular hardware

If it is Wi-Fi only, the best option is to use phone hotspot.
