    Greetings!

I'm Christine, I'll be happy to assist you. It seems like you've been charged twice for your subscription. Sorry to hear that. Just a friendly reminder, no one has access to your account in public forum for your security and privacy.

You may check the link below on how to request a refund:

And in case it didn't help, you will be needing to reach the MS Accounts & Billing Support to check your account.

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Please sign in your account with the subscription, then click Microsoft 365 then choose Get Home Support. After that, please type Chat with an agent then hit enter. Scroll down and choose Contact Support, then please select MS 365 and Office then under Category, choose Billing and Account Profile question then hit next. You will see the chat option there.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Christine L

To request a refund for Microsoft 365 or other Microsoft subscriptions that have been charged twice, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account that was charged.
    2. In the list of subscriptions, find the subscription that has been billed for the last two months.
    3. Select Manage next to that subscription.
    4. On the next page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what is shown).
    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete cancellation.
    6. After cancellation, check refund eligibility based on country/region and timing. In many regions, a prorated refund is available if canceled within the applicable refund window. Details are in the refund policy at How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription.

If the charges are not visible under the signed-in account, or if the subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, contact their support directly for cancellation or refund as described in the Other subscriptions section.

If the situation involves unrecognized or duplicate charges and the self-service options do not resolve it, contact Microsoft Support for billing assistance via the Contact Microsoft Support path described in the referenced articles.
