Download Transcript of Exam

Past exam score reports and the Microsoft Learn transcript are accessed in different places.

To download exam score reports (detailed results per exam):

1. Go to the Certification Dashboard (see “How to access your Certification Dashboard” in the referenced article).
2. In the Transcript or Past exams area, locate the specific exam.
3. Select View details on provider site to open the Pearson VUE (or Certiport) dashboard.
4. On the exam provider dashboard, use the View Score Report / View option to open and download the score report for that exam.

Alternatively, from Pearson VUE directly:

1. Follow the steps to schedule an exam from a certification page in Browse Credentials | Microsoft Learn.
2. After being redirected and signed in, on the Pearson VUE dashboard select View Score Report and download the report for the desired exam.

To download or share the overall Microsoft transcript (summary of certifications, exams, and training):

1. Open the Certification Dashboard.
2. In the Transcript section, select View Transcript.
3. Use:
   • PDF to download a PDF copy of the transcript.
   • Email to send a copy by email.
   • Share to generate a transcript ID, access code, and a URL that others can use to view it.

If only the list of past exams is visible but no download or share options appear, access must be through the Certification Dashboard (not just the basic Learn profile transcript view) to see the PDF/Email/Share options for the certification transcript and the View details on provider site link for individual score reports.
