    Hi,

If you have already paid but it still shows “Update your payment”, it usually means the payment has not yet fully synced with your Microsoft account.

Sign in to Microsoft Account and check Services & Subscriptions: https://account.microsoft.com/services

If your Microsoft 365 subscription shows as Active, the message in the app may just need time to refresh.

Try signing out of Microsoft Outlook or other Office apps, then sign back in, or restart your computer to refresh the license.

If the subscription still shows “Update payment” on the website even though your bank was charged after 24 to 48 hours, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
