I am being charged for Excel but it appears it somehow linked to my old workplace email and I can't figure it out but I need excel on my. new computer. I cannot contact support. I've spend two hours trying to get help for this and it's really really messed up that you've made it so hard for people to get in touch with a human being

    Hello Amy Sabin

Can you describe more detail of what happen when you try to access Excel? Is there any error screen? If so, can you provide a screenshot?

I can see that you have also attempt to contact support for 2 hours but unable to, here is the detail step for you to get in contact with a Microsoft Support agent:

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Live chat, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. User's image
    4. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    5. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    6. User's image
    7. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
    8. User's image

Feel free reply back to this post to update me on this issue, I'll be happy to help.
