    Hi @Steve Conrad,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your information, the behavior means that your laptop is signed into a different account/tenant or the OneDrive client's cache is corrupted. For this situation, I suggest you try this guidance step by step to narrow down the situation:

1/ Check with OneDrive web first

    • In your laptop, open OneDrive in a browser (go to office.com via Edge, Chrome, etc.) and sign in with the same work account you use on the desktop
    • If web works, this is a local OneDrive client token issue
    • If OneDrive web also fails, this becomes an account licensing or account state issue, and you should contact your IT/admin to verify your assigned subscription.

    2/ Check your laptop account

    • On the laptop, click the OneDrive cloud icon in the system tray > Settings > Account > look at the signed-in account email
    • If it is currently signed in with a different account from desktop/guest account/personal Microsoft account, choose Unlink this PC for that wrong account and sign back using the same corporate account that works on the desktop.

3/ Reset OneDrive and clear cache credentials

    • Press Windows + R to open Run dialog then paste this path and run: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

    User's image

    To clear cache credentials:

    • Open the Control Panel on your PC and go to User Accounts > Credential Manager.
    • Under both Windows Credentials and Generic Credentials, look for any entries related to OneDrive, MicrosoftOffice, Office, ADAL, SharePoint or your account > Select and remove those entries.

    User's image

    • Restart your computer and try adding your account in OneDrive again.

Please understand that my initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, you can try these steps and let me know if it works for you. if not, we can work together to find a solution.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I'm looking forward to your reply.
