If thumbnails show up there, one of your extensions is the problem. Disabling your ad-blocker for YouTube specifically and refresh. If that works, check for an update to the extension's filter lists.

On the left side, click Change adapter settings. Select Your Network by right-clicking on the active network connection (e.g., Wi-Fi or Ethernet). Choose Properties.
