i cant log into Microsoft store, every time it just stuck on just a moment.

I've tried resetting and repairing the app, check Date, Time, and Region Settings, disable Proxy or VPN.

If the issue persists, please try performing an In-place Upgrade. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while your personal files, settings and installed applications will not be removed.

Few things to check on the PC

    1. Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting
    2. Disable or uninstall any third-party Antivirus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade

Please try this if it helps.

    Uninstall Microsoft Store app

Press Windows key+X then select Windows PowerShell/Terminal (Admin)

Copy and paste the command below then press Enter

    get-appxpackage *WindowsStore* | remove-appxpackage

After that, open Microsoft Edge and install the Microsoft Store app from the link below.

    Hi, good day!

    • When was the last time it worked properly?
    • Have you made any changes to your computer recently?

    • Please try connecting on another network such as your phone's mobile hotspot.
    • Check the Microsoft Store Install Service

Press the Windows Key + S and type in services.msc.

Find the Microsoft Store Install Service and double click, If the status is Running, right click it then select Restart

If disabled, change it to Automatic, click Start and click OK.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.
