I am having problems to activate Email protection on the Bitdefender client for a office 365 account that does not have administrative permissions on office 365.

For a uer with admin privilegies everything is working.

This is the message that appears:

"

Bitdefender needs permission to access your organization's resources, which can only be authorized by an administrator.

    Hi!

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Your observation is correct, Office 365 accounts without admin privileges cannot activate Bitdefender Email Protection. An admin must approve the app in Azure AD before it works.

May I know what did the AI suggested that did not work?
