    Invoices can’t be sent directly.

To get the most recent invoice and have future invoices emailed every month, use the billing options for the subscription type.

For Azure/Microsoft online subscriptions (MOSP subscriptions):

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal: https://portal.azure.com.
    2. Go to Cost Management + Billing.
    3. Select a billing scope if prompted, then select Invoices on the left.
    4. At the top, select Receive invoice by email.
    5. In the Receive invoice by email window, select the subscription where invoices are created.
    6. Under Status, set Receive email invoices for Azure services to Yes (and optionally Email invoices for Azure marketplace and reservation purchases to Yes).
    7. In Preferred email, enter the primary email address to receive invoices.
    8. In Additional recipients, enter any extra email addresses that should receive the invoice each month.
    9. Select Save.

For Microsoft Customer Agreement billing profiles:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Search for Cost Management + Billing.
    3. Select Billing profiles, then select the relevant billing profile.
    4. Select Properties.
    5. In Invoice and Billing Notifications, select Manage settings under Invoice and payment contact settings.
    6. Under Get invoices in email attachments, switch the toggle to On.

    1. In Cost Management + Billing, select Invoices.
    2. Select Invoice email preference at the top.
    3. Choose the billing profile.
    4. Add the email addresses in additional recipients.
